Mike is MultiStory’s Creative Director for Factual Programming with a wide range of titles on his department slate, from prime-time documentaries like the Up series to feature length films like the recent Brianna: A Mother’s Story. It also includes long running series like The Martin Lewis Money Show, Peston and Tonight.

Before joining MultiStory, Mike was ITV’s Editor of Current Affairs working on a range of award-winning documentaries including The Other Side of Jimmy Savile. He worked for Australian Producer/Distributor Southern Star and ran Oxford Scientific Films making wildlife programmes. Earlier in his career he was a journalist and an onscreen TV reporter covering the Gulf War.

Simone joined Multistory Media at the end of 2018 as the Head of Factual Entertainment and now oversees the label’s Factual Entertainment and Entertainment output as Creative Director, London. With a focus on building a slate of returning formats with global appeal, Simone’s remit is broad and includes ambitious reality series such as Scared of the Dark, Project Icon and returning classics like Come Dine with Me.

Before joining Multistory, Simone was Commissioning Editor of Formats at Channel 4 where she was responsible for a wide range of series and singles including C4’s, Lego Masters and E4’s, Celebs Go Dating and Tattoo Fixers. During her time as an Executive Producer at Maverick TV, she co-created and Executive Produced the double BAFTA award-winning CBBC series, Operation Ouch.

Gareth joined Signpost in 2017 tasked with building the company’s production business. Since then, Signpost has produced hours of award-winning factual and fact ent content for a range of broadcasters including Robson Green’s Weekend Escapes for the BBC and Deaf Away Days for TNT.

Vicky is a very experienced news and current affairs executive who joined ITV in 2016 after a long period at the BBC. She created and launched ‘Peston on Sunday’, now ‘Peston’ (which airs on Wednesday nights). She has also taken charge of ITV’s major political debates – the Johnson v Corbyn debate of December 2019 was the first head-to-head leaders’ election debate on British television and Sunak v Starmer, the first head-to-head debate of the 2024 General Election..

At the BBC Vicky created and launched the long-running This Week late-night political show with Andrew Neil, having previously worked on Newsnight, Breakfast News and many other current affairs tv and radio programmes.

Soga joined MultiStory Media in 2018 as Head of Business Affairs. With a focus on providing the business with prompt and trusted advice as well as providing practical solutions to problematic issues. Soga has since been involved in all aspects of MultiStory Media’s slate, from development, during production and beyond! Soga has led negotiations with several major commissioners, such as Netflix, Amazon and all the PSBs. He has also concluded deals with a number of key on-screen talent for many of Britain’s well loved shows.

Soga’s career in television began at the BBC in 1998. Before joining MultiStory Media Soga was Head of Business Affairs for three other ITV production labels (SoTV, Potato and Possessed) and, prior to that, Head of Legal and Business Affairs at Objective Media Group. Soga has provided advice and assistance on several award winning programmes including The South Bank Show, My Parents Are Aliens, Dancing On Ice, I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! and the ground-breaking Exposure: Jimmy Savile documentary.

Joanne re-joined MultiStory Media in 2018 as Production Executive based in London. She oversees a wide variety of our shows including Peston, For The Love of Dogs, The Martin Lewis Money Show, The Pride of Britain Awards and Come Dine With Me, to name a few.
Joanne started her career in Leeds and Manchester working on shows such as Tonight with Trevor McDonald and The First Election Debate. After moving to London in 2010, she has worked on an extensive range of shows and genres, from single one off documentaries to daily live studio shows.
Joanne is also a BAFTA Sustainability Ambassador and was the driving force behind Loose Women becoming ITV’s very first non-scripted show to be a recognised sustainable production through BAFTA’s Albert+ initiative.

Ros joined the company in 2018 with a remit to find and secure the best talent for MultiStory in London and Manchester. Working with Nikki, they are always keen to hear from new and established talent, at every level and in every genre.

One of the most rewarding parts of Ros’s job is making MultiStory one of the best places to work in TV, as recognised by Broadcast. Before moving into talent, Ros was a Senior Producer and Director working on programmes such as Great British Bake Off, Jamie Oliver’s American Road Trip, Pointless and Big Brother’s Big Mouth.

Nikki joined Multistory in 2019 and as a Talent Executive is charged with finding the very best editorial talent across both our London and Manchester productions.

Together with Ros Malthouse, Nikki is always keen to hear from experienced programme makers as well as new talent and is committed to championing people from underrepresented groups.

Prior to moving into talent, Nikki worked as a Producer / Director and Edit producer.

Laura Caveney-Morgan is the Executive Editor of Tonight, the UK’s most watched current affairs series. She also oversees the digital strategy and social media production for in-house MultiStory brands.

With 25 years of experience, she started her career at Granada TV on ‘Stars in Their Eyes’. Her previous roles include Series Producing factual entertainment shows for the BBC including ‘Save My Holiday’ and ‘Marrying Mum and Dad’, winning two BBC Production Awards. She returned to ITV and the RTS award-winning ‘Tonight’ series in 2015. During her time at MultiStory, she has also Executive Produced ITV’s ‘Unbelievable Moments Caught on Camera’ and the consumer series ‘Eat, Shop, Save’.

As Series Editor on multi award winning The Martin Lewis Money Show Live, Clare has transformed the original 30 minute format into a must see, appointment to view one hour live programme. 

Clare has over 20 years multi-genre experience within the industry working at RDF Television, Endemol, 12 yard Productions, Warner Brothers and Blast Films.

Lewis is responsible for sourcing and clearing archive content across Multistory, and managing freelance Archive Researchers and Producers at the label.

He joined ITV Studios in 2009 as an Archive Researcher on the long-running Tonight programme, which he still oversees. Other recent Multistory credits include docs such as The Real Des, Return to Belsen, Manhunt – The Raoul Moat Story and Fresh Cuts as well as returning strands such as Exposure, Unbelievable Moments Caught on Camera, Piers Morgan/Kate Garraway’s Life Stories and The Pride of Britain Awards.

Prior to joining ITV, Lewis worked in Archive sales for IMG Media, followed by a spell creatively repackaging licensed sports footage in the briefly buoyant interactive DVD market.

Robert provides technical leadership, workflow design and project management to Multistory productions in London and Manchester. He has many years experience in multi-camera studios, fixed-rig and location productions, using cloud and on-premise workflows, studio graphics and automation systems.

Robert has overseen the delivery of programmes for both streaming and broadcast across a wide range of genres. Credits at Multistory include, 28Up, All Star Musicals, The Leaders Debate, Come Dine with Me, Drawers Off, Dubai Hustle, The Martin Lewis Money Show, Peston, Pride of Britain and Scared of the Dark. Robert continuously pushes production technology forward to realise the best results, from lens to screen.

Holly joined MultiStory Media in 2019 as the assistant to Tim Carter and Ana de Moraes and plays an integral role in assisting the wider senior team.

With a career history in event management and PR, Holly became the lead on internal comms for the label and was promoted to Engagement Manager in 2023. She has a strong focus on company culture and works closely with all departments from development to production to ensure MultiStory Media is the best place to work.

Adam is the Social Media Content Producer for MultiStory Media, operating out of Salford. Adam oversees digital output for the company. Creating, distributing and analysing statistics across multiple factual, current affairs, and documentary social media accounts to engage our online audiences and reach new people with our content.

Prior to joining MultiStory Media, Adam was a Content Producer for many sports digital companies most namely FIVE Presented by Rio Ferdinand and is a Graduate of Salford University in Television and Radio Production.
