Tim Carter is Chief Executive Officer of MultiStory Media and TwoFour. Since taking the reins, Tim has driven radical reinvention and creative renewal at both labels and they are now two of the most prolific creators of entertainment and factual formats in the UK. Recent Multistory highlights include Jason Derulo’s Project Icon (BBC), Scared of the Dark (C4), Dubai Hustle (BBC) and Big Flower Fight (Netflix). Recent Twofour highlights include The Reluctant Traveller (Apple TV +), Loaded in Paradise (ITVX) and I Kissed a Boy (BBC).

Before joining ITV studios in 2018, Tim was CEO of Twenty Twenty, doubling the size of the company during his tenure and building hit non-scripted shows such as First Dates (C4) and The Choir (BBC) into global brands. Tim also expanded Twenty Twenty into scripted, Executive Producing Garrow’s Law (BBC), Privates (BBC) and Traitors (C4).

Ana joined MultiStory Media in 2018, tasked with overseeing new business across all genres and broadening the company’s range of customers. She has overseen the development of shows such as The Big Flower Fight (Netflix), Scared of the Dark (Channel 4) and Project Icon (BBC) and helped refresh heritage brands with the launch of Come Dine With Me: The Professionals (Channel 4) and bringing Alison Hammond to front For The Love of Dogs (ITV).

Before MultiStory, Ana’s career included roles as Head of New Formats at TwoFour, Creative Director at BBC Studio’s Development Central and Director of Development at Twenty Twenty. Some of the award winning shows she’s created include First Dates, The Choir and The World’s Strictest Parents.

Jane has been Head of Production at MultiStory since 2013, and at ITV since 1998.

During her years at ITV Studios she Production Managed the first series of some of its biggest shows such as I’m A Celebrity – Get Me Out of Here and Hells Kitchen. She has also worked on numerous current affairs shows such as the first ever live televised Leaders Debate and The Other side of Jimmy Savile, Entertainment shows like The Daily Mirror Pride of Britain Awards as well as shows for streamers such as Netflix.

Jane leads the Production Management team comprising a Deputy HOP, a Production Executive, The Talent Team, and 16 Production Managers and Line Producers.

Ceri Aston is the Creative Director of MultiStory North, a department that delivers factual entertainment and popular factual programming for a range of broadcasters. Passionate about production in the North, Ceri has Executive Produced a diverse slate of shows from her Salford base including Kate Garraway’s Life Stories (ITV1), For the Love of Dogs with Alison Hammond (ITV1), Absolutely India: Mancs In Mumbai (ITV1), fashion makeover format You Are What You Wear (BBC One), two series of the Broadcast Award-nominated Drawers Off for Channel 4 and docu-reality series Dubai Hustle for BBC Three.

With more than 30 years of experience working across a range of genres including Factual Entertainment, Documentary, Specialist Factual & Current Affairs, her previous roles include Head of Unscripted Programmes for Pulse Films and before that she held a variety of roles at the BBC, including Executive Producer of four seasons of Dragons’ Den, gaining a Bafta Nomination in 2014 and Junior Doctors: Your Life in Their Hands for BBC Three.

Mike is Head of Documentaries & Current Affairs for MultiStory with a wide range of titles on his slate from the Martin Lewis Money Show and Tonight to documentary series like Code Blue:Murder. He’s also looked after all of ITV’s prime time election and referendum debate programmes since 2015.

Before joining MultiStory, Mike was ITV’s Editor of Current Affairs working on a range of award winning documentaries including The Other Side of Jimmy Savile. He worked for Australian Producer/Distributor Southern Star and ran Oxford Scientific Films making wildlife programmes. Earlier in his career he was a journalist and an onscreen TV reporter covering the first Gulf War.

Simone joined Multistory Media at the end of 2018 as the Head of Factual Entertainment and now oversees the label’s Factual Entertainment and Entertainment output as Creative Director, London. With a focus on building a slate of returning formats with global appeal, Simone’s remit is broad and includes ambitious reality series such as Scared of the Dark, Project Icon and returning classics like Come Dine with Me.

Before joining Multistory, Simone was Commissioning Editor of Formats at Channel 4 where she was responsible for a wide range of series and singles including C4’s, Lego Masters and E4’s, Celebs Go Dating and Tattoo Fixers. During her time as an Executive Producer at Maverick TV, she co-created and Executive Produced the double BAFTA award-winning CBBC series, Operation Ouch.

Soga joined MultiStory Media in 2018 as Head of Business Affairs. With a focus on providing the business with prompt and trusted advice as well as providing practical solutions to problematic issues. Soga has since been involved in all aspects of MultiStory Media’s slate, from development, during production and beyond! Soga has led negotiations with several major commissioners, such as Netflix, Amazon and all the PSBs. He has also concluded deals with a number of key on-screen talent for many of Britain’s well loved shows.

Soga’s career in television began at the BBC in 1998. Before joining MultiStory Media Soga was Head of Business Affairs for three other ITV production labels (SoTV, Potato and Possessed) and, prior to that, Head of Legal and Business Affairs at Objective Media Group. Soga has provided advice and assistance on several award winning programmes including The South Bank Show, My Parents Are Aliens, Dancing On Ice, I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! and the ground-breaking Exposure: Jimmy Savile documentary.

Kash joined Multistory Media in 2023 as Head Of Finance, with over a decade’s experience in production finance specialising in Unscripted productions, leading the team in all aspects of finance from management reporting, financial planning, analysis and control.

At ITV Studios, Kash started as a Finance Coordinator in The London Television Studios (ITV Studios resources/facilities business) progressing to Finance Manager and then moved over to production where he has led the finance dept for genres in Factual and Entertainment. He also worked in ITV Studios UK corporate during his time at ITV Studios.

Minal joined Multistory as Head of People in 2020 and is responsible for the label’s London and Manchester teams.

With extensive experience working in HR, Minal previously worked in banking and higher education before moving into TV production in 2017. Minal has experience of working across a number of TV genres, including factual, reality, quiz and game, and entertainment. Minal and her team pride themselves on giving trusted advice for practical solutions.

As Deputy Head of Production at Multistory Media, Helen brings over 20 years expertise to the table.  With a proven track record of delivering high-quality unscripted content across various genres, Helen oversees the Multistory Media output from both the Manchester and Cardiff offices. Recently, Helen has worked on Jason Derulo’s Project Icon (BBC) where she worked hand in hand with editorial to ensure they delivered a first class new entertainment series which was underpinned by robust production structures and processes. 

One of Helen’s proudest achievements is being part of the 7UP production team – having worked on 42Up, 56Up & 63Up with the award winning director Michael Apted.

Joanne re-joined MultiStory Media in 2018 as Production Executive based in London. She oversees a wide variety of our shows including Peston, For The Love of Dogs, The Martin Lewis Money Show, The Pride of Britain Awards and Come Dine With Me, to name a few.
Joanne started her career in Leeds and Manchester working on shows such as Tonight with Trevor McDonald and The First Election Debate. After moving to London in 2010, she has worked on an extensive range of shows and genres, from single one off documentaries to daily live studio shows.
Joanne is also a BAFTA Sustainability Ambassador and was the driving force behind Loose Women becoming ITV’s very first non-scripted show to be a recognised sustainable production through BAFTA’s Albert+ initiative.

Becky has re joined MultiStory in August 2021 as Production Executive, overseeing a wide variety of programmes such as Pride of Britain, ‘All star Musicals’, ‘Peston’, ‘Come Dine with Me’, ‘Martin Lewis money Show’ , Paul O’Grady Love of Dogs, ‘Kate Garroway Life Stories & new reality format ‘Scared of the Dark’.

Prior to this, she headed up ITV’s newly formed Duty of Care team as ‘Head of Production – Duty of Care’, establishing industry-leading processes & workflows in Duty of Care. She worked internationally to ensure that a gold standard duty of care is offered for on-screen talent in all territories.

Becky has been at ITV for the last 15 years, starting on Dancing on Ice, she has gone on to work across various genres, including factual, entertainment and flagship factual drama.

Matt McGough is Head of Development responsible for managing a team split across London and Manchester. Matt joined MultiStory in 2017 as Development Producer and devised the company’s first BBC3 commission.

Before joining MultiStory, Matt worked in development at companies such as BBC, Objective, betty & Kalel. He has specialised in creating forward-thinking Factual Entertainment formats; from a survival series where the contributors can use Google (Stupid Man, Smart Phone) to a dating show where the daters swap phones (Phone Swap) to CBBC’s first digital-only interactive series (Top This!). 

Tracy is the Talent Executive for MultiStory Media North. As a professional resourcing executive, Tracy has crewed up on a variety of projects from specialist factual expeditions, current affairs, formats, observational documentary to long-running quiz shows, scripted reality and ‘shiny floor’ entertainment shows, across a range of budgets.

Prior to this, Tracy was Director of her own company. During this period Tracy was a consultant talent executive to ITV and other independent production companies in the North of England, as well as consultant project mentor.

Tracy started her career at the BBC in HR which was followed by attachments as Production Coordinator for BBC Religion & Ethics and Entertainment giving her a unique understanding of HR and TV production.

Ros joined the company in 2018 with a remit to find and secure the best talent for MultiStory in London and Manchester. Working with Nikki, they are always keen to hear from new and established talent, at every level and in every genre.

One of the most rewarding parts of Ros’s job is making MultiStory one of the best places to work in TV, as recognised by Broadcast. Before moving into talent, Ros was a Senior Producer and Director working on programmes such as Great British Bake Off, Jamie Oliver’s American Road Trip, Pointless and Big Brother’s Big Mouth.

Nikki joined Multistory in 2019 and as a Talent Executive is charged with finding the very best editorial talent across both our London and Manchester productions.

Together with Ros Malthouse, Nikki is always keen to hear from experienced programme makers as well as new talent and is committed to championing people from underrepresented groups.

Prior to moving into talent, Nikki worked as a Producer / Director and Edit producer.

Laura Caveney-Morgan is the Executive Editor of Tonight, the UK’s most watched current affairs series. She also oversees the digital strategy and social media production for in-house MultiStory brands.

With 25 years of experience, she started her career at Granada TV on ‘Stars in Their Eyes’. Her previous roles include Series Producing factual entertainment shows for the BBC including ‘Save My Holiday’ and ‘Marrying Mum and Dad’, winning two BBC Production Awards. She returned to ITV and the RTS award-winning ‘Tonight’ series in 2015. During her time at MultiStory, she has also Executive Produced ITV’s ‘Unbelievable Moments Caught on Camera’ and the consumer series ‘Eat, Shop, Save’.

Vicky is a very experienced news and current affairs executive who joined ITV in 2016 after a long period at the BBC. She created and launched ‘Peston on Sunday’, now ‘Peston’ (which airs on Wednesday nights).  She has also taken charge of ITV’s major political debates –  the Johnson v Corbyn debate of December 2019 was the first head-to-head leaders’ election debate on British television.

At the BBC Vicky created and launched the long-running This Week late-night political show with Andrew Neil, having previously worked on political coverage for Newsnight and Breakfast News.

As Series Editor on multi award winning The Martin Lewis Money Show Live, Clare has transformed the original 30 minute format into a must see, appointment to view one hour live programme. 

Clare has over 20 years multi-genre experience within the industry working at RDF Television, Endemol, 12 yard Productions, Warner Brothers and Blast Films.

Lewis is responsible for sourcing and clearing archive content across Multistory, and managing freelance Archive Researchers and Producers at the label.

He joined ITV Studios in 2009 as an Archive Researcher on the long-running Tonight programme, which he still oversees. Other recent Multistory credits include docs such as The Real Des, Return to Belsen, Manhunt – The Raoul Moat Story and Fresh Cuts as well as returning strands such as Exposure, Unbelievable Moments Caught on Camera, Piers Morgan/Kate Garraway’s Life Stories and The Pride of Britain Awards.

Prior to joining ITV, Lewis worked in Archive sales for IMG Media, followed by a spell creatively repackaging licensed sports footage in the briefly buoyant interactive DVD market.

Robert provides technical leadership, workflow design and project management to Multistory productions in London and Manchester. He has many years experience in multi-camera studios, fixed-rig and location productions, using cloud and on-premise workflows, studio graphics and automation systems.

Robert has overseen the delivery of programmes for both streaming and broadcast across a wide range of genres. Credits at Multistory include, 28Up, All Star Musicals, The Leaders Debate, Come Dine with Me, Drawers Off, Dubai Hustle, The Martin Lewis Money Show, Peston, Pride of Britain and Scared of the Dark. Robert continuously pushes production technology forward to realise the best results, from lens to screen.

Ian joined MultiStory Media in 2011. As a Line Producer, he heads up the Production Management teams on our larger shows.

Operating out of London, he has Production Managed and Line Produced many different shows across multiple genres. Highlights include the first series of the multi award-winning Paul O’Grady: For the Love of Dogs, Come Dine WIth Me, All Star Musicals, The Pride of Britain Awards & The Martin Lewis Money Show.

Zinia started at Multistory Media in 2021 as Series Producer working across Development, Come Dine With Me for Channel 4, Project Icon: The UK’s Next Music Star for BBC3, Life Stories with Kate Garraway for ITV1 and For The Love of Dogs With Alison Hammond for ITV1.

With a passion for producing premium competition and reality formats that push boundaries, Zinia works into Simone Haywood, Creative Director – London on their slate of returning formats with global appeal.

Before joining Multistory, Zinia Series Produced two series of Glow Up for BBC3 & Netflix, while the BAFTA award winning Race Across the World, The Apprentice and First Dates Hotel are among her other credits.

Holly joined MultiStory Media in 2019 as the assistant to Tim Carter and Ana de Moraes and plays an integral role in assisting the wider senior team.

With a career history in event management and PR, Holly became the lead on internal comms for the label and was promoted to Engagement Manager in 2023. She has a strong focus on company culture and works closely with all departments from development to production to ensure MultiStory Media is the best place to work.

Adam is the Social Media Content Producer for MultiStory Media, operating out of Salford. Adam oversees digital output for the company. Creating, distributing and analysing statistics across multiple factual, current affairs, and documentary social media accounts to engage our online audiences and reach new people with our content.

Prior to joining MultiStory Media, Adam was a Content Producer for many sports digital companies most namely FIVE Presented by Rio Ferdinand and is a Graduate of Salford University in Television and Radio Production.

Gareth joined Signpost in 2017 tasked with building the company’s production business. Since then, Signpost has produced hours of award-winning factual and fact ent content for a range of broadcasters including Robson Green’s Weekend Escapes for the BBC and Deaf Away Days for TNT.
