He goes inside the famed High Security Unit (HSU) – the only ‘prison within a prison’ in England and Wales – where he meets the alleged mastermind of a drug-smuggling empire nicknamed ‘The Sultan’ and steps inside ‘The Box’, the isolated cell where the HSU’s most difficult and dangerous end up. Ross also witnesses the daily struggle to control and prevent clashes between members of opposing gangs – and the unique measures Belmarsh is taking to rehabilitate them.
